My foremost recommendation would be to really review the models and prep it for 4D planning. Most of the time you won't need 500LOD and would suggest creating Sets within Navisworks and purge all the unnecessary nuts and bolts! This will substantially decrease export times and result in a much better performance within SYNCHRO Pro itself.
