When I review the Job in the eB System Management Console - I see this error VCM Sync-download could not be started. Exception could not be serialized, original message: VCM Sync-download could not be started. at eB.Engine.WorkPackagePublishEngine.VcmDownloader.SyncDownloadVcm(String& outputString) at eB.Engine.WorkPackagePublishEngine.VcmDownloader.DownloadVcm() at eB.Engine.BookmarkImageUploader.SaveLatestWpImages(Session session, String projectName, IEnumerable`1 wpGuids, String imageOutputFolder, EnginePulsator& pulsor) at eB.Engine.BookmarkImageUploader..ctor(Session session, String projectName, String workpackIds, String imageFolder, EnginePulsator& pulsor) at eB.Engine.WorkPackagePublish.Execute(String proxyConnectInfo, IDictionary`2 properties) -- Inner Exception: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\{service_account_profile}\documents\ConstructSim'. Explanation The error: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\{service_account_profile}\documents\ConstructSim'. Is the key to this message. This implies that the Bookmark Publishing engine could not access a Local Virtual Construction Model (LocalVCM). This LocalVCM is what the engine uses to generate the graphical representation of the WP and capture the image it publishes. How to Avoid Make sure there is a LocalVCM on the machine the Bookmark Publishing engine is running on and that the account the ‘eB Service Manager’ is running under can access that VCM. To do this – logon to the machine using the account running the eB Service Manager and create a LocalVCM using the Project’s ADMIN account.
