Yes there would be a license consumed for each user you add to the project -- the license type would depend on the permissions enabled. A Field user , has access to the mobile application Field (iOS and Android) as well as the 4D schedule on the web. You mention you have a Practitioner license so I presume the 4D license was purchased from Virtuosity. I would recommend contacting Virtuosity with more detailed questions on licensing as it relates to your account ( contact Virtuosity )
