Hi Ismael, It's interesting how the file is opening for your colleagues and not for you! Please ensure your Windows is updated and try clearing the registry ( type Regedit in windows search and delete Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Synchro ) or even reinstalling SYNCHRO 4D Pro.
