Now the issue with the CONNECTION Client seems resolved. I'll describe the summary for the fellow SYNCHRO colleagues: We found after CC Release in June, that in a short time the fault message appeared again. I found that Trace/Log files retain in C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Bentley , and NOT erased after CC update or re-installation. After may (manual) delete these files, and release CONNECTION Client 28/10/2021, the problem not appeared anymore.
