Hi Paola, This seems more like a system configuration issue rather than a model type. Can you please confirm that you have a dedicated graphic card (Nvidia or AMD) and have set the driver option as DirectX 11 under Option > 3D View > Advanced > Driver ? It may help to delete the following registry folder as well, while SYNCHRO 4D Pro is closed - Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Synchro
