Hello Diego, How did you export the i.dgn from your smartplant 3d file? Instead of i.dgn you may try to export it into i.bim file(if possible) and then import it into SYNCHRO 4D Pro. The other workflow that you can follow is to use i.model connection. 1. Choosing between SYNCHRO 4D Pro importers and iModel Connections to add 3D models 2. Starting a new project that will use iModel Connections Please let us know if this helps.
