Hello Mike, I provide support for SYNCHRO Notes. To resolve this error, you need to open the app and login, then press the three lines in the upper left of the screen, then log-out of the app then log back in. Once this is done the security token should be refreshed and the app should work. Please reach out to us at: nvsupport@bentley.com if you have any further issues. Thank you.
