Creating an Inspection can be done in SYNCHRO Field App from the Project Home Page. Tap Inspection in the Create tab. When creating a New Inspection any field with a Red Asterisk (*) are mandatory and need to be populated in order to save the Inspection. Inspection Name - A free text field to assign a subject heading to the inspection. Pay Item - Allows users to select a pay item for construction objects of a certain category. Form Category - Pre-populated drop down list of form categories which are related to the selected Pay Item. Form Type - Pre-populated drop-down list of forms which are related to the selected Form Category. Once the mandatory fields are completed, tap the Inspect button. The inspection form displays where you can edit/view more details of your inspection. Towards the bottom of the inspection form you will have the option to add Attachments. Users can add a Map Location which allocates the user to geographically pinpoint the location of the Inspection in the Map. Tap the check mark once you have the inspection icon on the required location. Note: The icon will locate your location on the map for reference.
