The following procedure details how to re-provision a project from an "Organization template". Open a project that needs re-provisioning. Go to Administrator > Manage project details . Click Next to move to the “Pick template” tab. Select the Organization project template option then select a project template whose settings you want to use. Click Next to move to the “Configure Template” tab. Uncheck all of the options except for Copy project Form. This will re-provision only the project form. Click Reprovision . Once the project provisioning is successful, click Done to complete the process.
