Thanks, I was hoping to be able to move whole diary considering there are at least 7 fields to be copied to a new diary in the correct project. I’ll use your first option but copy each section to a word doc and then to the new diary. Learn why this is important Update from Bentley Communities Indrawan Wijaya Hi Andrew, Looks like you have two options: MANUAL FIX Download the photo and copy the comment from the diary entry you made in the wrong project. set the "show on reports" flag for the diary entry in the wrong project to "false", or blank. This will remove it from any reports. Whilst the entry will still be in the log it will disappear from view after about a week (ie will not be visible) as more entries are made and only 7 days max is shown in the log. Go to the correct project and re create the diary entry using the downloaded photo and copied comment from before. SUPPORT FIX Raise a help desk ticket to delete entirely your diary entry in the wrong project. But you will need to recreate it in correct project.
