To activate the S chedul e module to view the schedule, the ‘Set up this iModel for Scheduling service’ box must be checked of f in the iModel container . Tasks Task WBS can be collapsed or expanded by selecting the + and – boxes. Task Columns can be resized by simply hover ing the mouse between columns and dragging to the desired size. By selecting the task, it will open up the Task Pro perties for that task, on the Right-hand side of the screen . Gantt Chart To center the Gantt chart on a certain task, click once on the task, which will highlight and center the selected task. The date scale can be adjusted by using the Day, Week or Year options on the top right of the screen, or holding the Ctr l key and scrolling the wheel on you mouse back and forth . The focus Time will initially be located at the end of the Gantt chart. Click anywhere in the timeline header to move the Focus Time to that location. Alternatively, use the Go to Focus timeline button, to center the location of the Focus Time within the Gantt C hart . Date Range - Lookahead The Date Range option can be used as aLookahead tool, or highlight certain date ranges. Note: The Reset can be used to clear the dates in the Date Range boxes.
