Hello Arpit, Thank you for that information. It appears we are seeing 2 issues and are listed below: 1. "This file cannot be loaded because it was saved in a more recent version of Synchro (6.4.2.1)" when opening the .spx file. This is what you mentioned about Plugin version 6.4.2.1 will not work with any older versions of Synchro Pro so thank you for confirming that for me 2. The second issue is we keep seeing the error shown in the attached picture when launching Synchro Pro version 6.3.2.0. We first sign into the connection client and then try to run synchro pro
