Hi Akshay, This is not possible using Appearance Profiles. You may want to explore different Color Modes and visualize data in separate windows. Not exactly what you looking for, but here's one way of visualizing Planned/Actual - Set up Conditional Formatting on the column Status - Change 3D View Properties > Color Mode as below - Alternatively, you can explore using Resource Statuses where you can assign a starting default status color for Planned and a different color for Started with the timestamp to match the schedule dates. The hiccup here is that you cannot use Scripts to automatically set the Status timestamp, and will have to rely on Excel interoperability to do it in bulk.
