Hello Hamza, To read a large model of that size (FBX or OBJ), you would need a sizable GPU to handle it, having enough GPU ram of more than 16 GB. If you are able to import the file in SYNCHRO 4D Pro and not crash, that means the rendering engine is able to handle it but the system resources are not sufficient to navigate it. If 4D Pro simply crashes on import, you can send the crash report to Support for the investigation, but likely the rendering engine is incapable of processing it and there's no workaround besides reducing the file size. If not already, see if OBJ provides better results, and make sure to correctly locate your texture images in the same root folder as the model. Please feel free to send the model to SYNCHRO Support for better insight on this.
