Hi Irasema, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, EADOC does not have the ability to allow a User to extract ALL Project documents at once from his/her User Perspective. If you submit a Support Request within the EADOC Project, we can discuss into further detail of how Support can extract the files from a User Perspective. 1. Login to your account: i.e., accountname.eadocsoftware.com or accountname.cm.bentley.com 2. Click on the Help Module on the left-hand side 3. Click on the Support Tab 4. Click on the New Button 5. Fill out the required information 6. Click on the Save Button 7. Click on the Submit Button 8. Submit to either Support as a User or EADOC as an Organization
