Dear Team, We are working in our Synchro 4D project ,where we need to submit 4d Synchro model for review to multiple stakeholder & need to work on file from remote location as well. We already uploaded a Synchro file in Control server back to Nov-2021 and now we are try to access the model for updates but it’s not opening. When, we open the file with Synchro control option in file menu, window was popup and ask to allow rights. We are doing the same but once we click on the allow button, this error message is popup and we are unable to access this. We have tried in other system as well but the result is same. Can you Please help us to find the issue in access? (please refer the attached error message for your review)
